Pregtastic Podcasts

 

Being an avid reader/follower of BabyKerf  (or, the "Baby Bible", as I like to call it) Kath always talked about the Pregtastic Podcasts she listened to during her pregnancy, and I finally took some time this week to check them out. 

The pregtastic podcasts offer some great insight to many different topics from other moms, moms-to- be and industry professionals. There is literally no topic left uncovered: they talk about labor, circumcision, breastfeeding, registering, relationships, money, exercise, etc. etc.  I've only started listening to them (out of the 256 podcasts offered), but so far I find them very interesting and I hope to continue listening to at least the majority of them over the next few months.

I downloaded Apple's podcast app to my iphone and was able to download the episodes to my phone so I can listen anywhere (all completely free!): on my walks, in the kitchen and on my commutes! I have a feeling I know what I'll be doing on my hour commutes to and from work each day now! 

Anyway, I just wanted to share this great find, I think it can be a great resource to all expectant moms out there throughout their pregnancy! Check it out here and let me know of you start listening to them as well!
