Pinspiration Recreation
The word pinspiration (inspiration taken from pinterest) bothers me. I think it sounds like I'm perspiring pins or something, but I know that's the "lingo" kids are using these days - look at me: 6 weeks a mom and already I'm talking about "kids these days".
Anyway, my thoughts on the word aside, I do get inspired when I browse pinterest and when I saw the below picture, I knew it was something I wanted to replicate for myself.
Here's my take on it:
What do you think? Did you copy any inspiring photos for your pregnancy, maternity, or baby photos?
*Thank you, Cassie, for taking 2 out of 3 of these pictures!

How cool! I've seen the pinspiration trio that you mentioned but had no idea you were doing your own. In answer to your closing question-no I wasn't inspired by anything on Pintrest at the time I was pregnant because it didn't exist. I did keep a pregnancy journal/calendar for all my pregnancies and took tons of pictures which I chronicled (in depth) in photo albums.
ReplyDeleteI always meant to do that picture and forgot about it until I was pretty far along! It's awesome that you did it!
ReplyDeleteI was so afraid i would forget too... Or forget a part of it and not be able to finish it. I took the pregnant middle one right before i went into labor though...phew!
DeleteVery cute. I took a few ideas from Pinterest when doing our newborn photos.
ReplyDeleteYes I did too..pinterest is great for stuff like that!

ReplyDeleteAlso, as a soon to be newlywed, I have to know....where is your bed frame from?
Hey Nicole! Our bed and side tables are from Thomasville...I love sleigh beds!
