Science with Natalie

Yesterday, Natalie came over to me with her current Highlights Magazine and asked if we could do the science experiment that was on the inside back cover. I looked it over and had everything we needed, so I said "sure". Christopher was napping, so it was the perfect time to dive into a messy project where I only had to deal with one kid.

First up was mixing baking soda with food coloring and vinegar. She loved it and wanted to do more projects, so I quickly googled "science projects for toddlers" and decided on a Milk/food coloring/dish soap project. The results of both are below - fun little half hour of science with my little sponge!
